MA Settings
MarketVolume® has created
volume moving averages (VMA) ranging from periods of 5-minutes to
120-days, for all of it's indicators. These VMAs are used to smooth out volume
surges so that you can see
volume as a trend and not just random surges.Below is a list of recommended VMA
settings for every period in our charts. We recommend these settings
because they tend to work the best in showing signals of future market
trends.
