How do I pay for my Service subscription?
Payments are automatically charged to your Visa or MasterCard. A message will be generated and sent to your email address confirming your initial subscription. Your credit card and personal transactions are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
If you are paying by check please make sure we receive it before the next recurring payment is due.

What if I forget my password?
Just go to the forgotten password page and follow the instructions. We will email your password immediately.

How do I change the payment plan?
It's easy. After logging in, first click on the "My Account Info" link (found at the right top corner of the page). Just follow the "Upgrade Membership" link in the left hand menu and then select the type of upgrade you wish to have.
Your request will be sent to us. We do not do mechanical account upgrades. To avoid errors and to protect our subscribers all upgrade requests are verified by our operator and are proceed manually, so please give us 48 hours before expecting a response.

I do not want to be on recurring payment, yet I would like to sign up for your service to try it. How it could be done?
All you have to do is to subscribe for our services and then you may send us a request to stop the recurring payment at any time you want, even on your signup date. In this case your recurring payment will be deactivated, you will have access to the service till the end of the paid period and you will not be charged anything at the end of it.

How can I upgrade my membership?
It's easy. After logging in, first click on the "My Account Info" link (found at the right top corner of the page). Just follow the "Upgrade Membership" link in the left hand menu and then select the type of upgrade you wish to have.

Can I upgrade my membership in the middle of the paid period or do I have to wait for the next recurring date?
Yes, you may request membership upgrade at any time. The unused period from old subscription will be recalculated in accordance to a new product and credited to the new account.

How do I check my account status?
After logging in, first click on the "My Account Info" link (found at the right top corner of the page). On your account info page you will find all information related to your account: your username, product you subscribe to, your account status, payment plan, how many days left to the next recurring payment.
From this section you may easily request to make any changes in your account, upgrade subscription or request account closure.

What if I wish to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time; just send us an email no less than 5 days in advance of your renewal date. Or you may do it directly from the members' area:
After logging in, first click on the "My Account Info" link (found at the right top corner of the page). Next, click on the "How do I cancel my membership?" link. Finally, submit your cancellation request.
Please note that canceling your membership - and then reactivating it at a later date - would entail having to pay the new, full membership rates effective at the time of reactivation.

How do I request to reactivate my account?
After logging in, first click on the "My Account Info" link (found at the right top corner of the page). If you requested to stop your recurring payment or requested to close your account, you should see the "How do I reactivate my account?" link in the "Account Expiration" field. Just click this link and follow instruction.
